Ingredients
1 cup sushi rice
1 sheet nori seaweed
1/2 avocado (sliced)
1 can tuna (drained)
Soy sauce (for serving)
Wasabi (for serving)
Instructions
Cook rice: Prepare sushi rice according to package instructions and let it cool slightly.
Prepare nori: Place a sheet of nori on a bamboo sushi mat. Spread cooked sushi rice evenly over the nori, leaving a 1-inch border.
Add filling: Arrange sliced avocado and canned tuna along the centre of the rice.
Roll sushi: Roll up the sushi tightly using the bamboo mat.
Slice and serve: Cut the roll into pieces with a sharp knife and serve with soy sauce and wasabi.
