1 pound ground turkey
2 cups mixed vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 cup cooked brown rice

Instructions
Cook turkey: In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and brown the ground turkey until fully cooked.
